The Villas on Hideaway Beach Marco Island Florida- With over 7000 square feet this villa located on the beach and Gulf of Mexico is a Gem! This was a full renovation that took 2 ½ years to design and renovate. The original design was well outdated built in 1990. The new design called for the removal of walls, outdoor balconies and widening of hall ways, and adding additional interior square footage top to bottom on this 3 story residence.
The results were a very fresh Modern transitional design, with an emphasis of living on the beach. Fresh and vibrant colors with extensive detail, using different textures with wood, stone along with custom ceiling details that really make this a unique build! The extensive renovation was just north of $2M. The before and after pictures tell the story!
